This training module provides employees with an understanding of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and bullying, including how to recognise inappropriate behaviour, understand reporting procedures, and contribute to a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace. The course reinforces both employer and employee responsibilities in preventing unlawful and inappropriate workplace conduct.
